The existence of the Albanian nation depends on the existence of the American nation
Since their descent from the caves of the Carpathians into the Illyrian lands, all Serbian phalanxes and all Serbian regimes, assisted by the Serbian Orthodox Church and the Academy of Sciences, have done
everything possible to exterminate the Albanian nation. They have even carefully planned this in writing, with concrete projects such as that of Vasa Čubrilović, “The Expulsion of the Albanians (Iseljavanje Arnauta)”.
There it is clearly written, among other things, that “The existence of the Serbian nation depends on the non-existence of the Albanian nation.” Therefore, today it can freely be said that “The existence of the Albanian
nation depends on the existence of the American nation.” The sworn enemy that seeks the destruction of the Albanian nation is not only Serbia, but also Russia with its vassals. Only America can stand up to
them and bring them to heel.
The pro-American orientation of the Albanian people is based on historical experience; America has always been on the side of the Albanians. The President of Kosova represents the people of Kosova; therefore, her close cooperation with the Administration of President Trump is a primary duty and state obligation. There is no other choice.
Kosova’s participation, represented by President Osmani, in the Board of Peace created by President Trump is of extraordinary importance, with high international legitimacy equal to all member states, even those that have not yet recognized Kosova’s independence.
President Trump not only told President Osmani that she was doing a great job, but assured her that if Kosova and Serbia were not getting along, a single phone call would be enough and he would resolve the
conflict. This public statement of his is extremely important for Kosova.
Also very important was the meeting the next day at the State Department with US Secretary of State Marco Rubio. This meeting shows that America has a special interest in Kosova.
It is obvious that President Trump highly values President Osmani and prefers to cooperate with her for the benefit of our two states. This is a clear message to Kosova’s opposition that the USA supports her re-
election.
Those who criticize her approach and her closeness to President Trump out of jealousy, emphasizing her interest in re-election, are irrelevant. She is acting in Kosova’s interest. If the state’s interest coincides with her
personal interest, there is nothing wrong with that.
Even those who dislike President Trump and disagree with his policies and criticize Ms. Osmani for this, like the well-known German journalist Michael Martens, are out of touch with reality. President Trump was elected by the American people and will lead the most powerful country in the world for another three years, whether they like it or not.
President Trump’s statements at the Board of Peace meeting are a strong blow to aggressive, racist, fascist, and hegemonic Serbian policies in the Balkans. Their hopes for weakening and destroying the Republic of Kosova are fading day by day. Consumed by hatred for Albanians and political foolishness, they face perpetual suffering.
As President of Kosova, Mrs. Osmani has the duty to cooperate also with the Prime Minister of Albania, Edi Rama. However, she must be very careful in approaching him. He is a scheming and corrupt politician who
has nothing in common with her values. He sees only his personal interest.
Worse still, Edi Rama is a noted pro-Serb and underminer of all Kosova’s achievements since the declaration of independence. His open efforts to rehabilitate the genocidal Serbian state under the criminal Vučić, the
division of Kosova, and placing Albania under Serbian domination through the infamous “Open Balkan” project are very dangerous.
Mrs. Osmani’s chances of distancing him from his embrace with Serbian criminals are minimal or nonexistent.
He was among the main figures who persuaded former President Thaçi to create the Special Court against Kosovo. His attempts to rehabilitate himself with criticisms of the court, including his supposed plea to Trump to “save” Thaçi, are futile—a farce. Trump has no major interest in doing such a thing, and even if he did, he would hardly succeed because this court does not depend on the USA.
President Osmani, together with Prime Minister Kurti, represent national and state value. They are the saviors of Kosovo from the danger of destruction after independence—leaders of hope and the future. I think it
is in the interest of the state of Kosovo that they continue together in Kosovo’s leadership.
Opposition parties must change and work hard to become constructive and hope to take power. Their first test to show that in the future they will be oriented towards the development of democracy, building and
strengthening the state, is the vote for President Osmani. Those deputies who boycott the parliament and leave their workplace during the vote are against the interests of the Republic of Kosova.
Talks to elect a President of Kosova will intensify over the next week.
There is no qualified and unifying candidate who comes close to President Osmani’s ability to successfully carry out this important task. Her undeniable values, coupled with American support, and especially the
support of the people of Kosova, make her re-election inevitable.
