The Manhattan Branch of VATRA urgently calls upon the editor Sokol Paja of the newspaper Dielli to act with responsibility and:

Immediately publish the full decision of the U.S. Federal Court dated February 27, 2025, which rejected all claims against the Manhattan Branch and reaffirmed its legal standing and legitimacy;

Restore the official listing and recognition of the VATRA Manhattan Branch in the pages of Dielli, as a lawful and active component of the Pan-Albanian Federation VATRA;

Reinstate the President of the Vrana Branch on the newspaper’s official organizational page, reflecting the rightful leadership structure as supported by legal authority.

This court ruling is not an opinion it is a binding legal fact. It supersedes any unilateral actions or unauthorized declarations made without mandate or due process.

VATRA is facing a deep legitimacy crisis.

Only an Extraordinary Assembly, with the participation of all lawful and active branches, can restore order and integrity to the Federation.

Ignoring this court ruling, or choosing silence in the face of legal truth, is complicity in illegality.

Vendimin e plotë të Gjykatës Federale të datës 27 shkurt 2025, e cila refuzoi pretendimet për përjashtimin tonë dhe rikonfirmoi legjitimitetin e Degës Manhattan;

Rivendosjen zyrtare të Degës VATRA Manhattan në faqet e gazetës “Dielli” si pjesë legjitime e Federatës VATRA;

Rivendosjen e Presidentit të Degës Vrana në faqen kryesore të strukturës, si pjesë përfaqësuese dhe e zgjedhur me të drejtë;

Ky vendim nuk është opinion, është fakt gjyqësor dhe ka fuqi ligjore mbi çdo deklaratë apo vendim të njëanshëm pa mandat.

VATRA ndodhet në një krizë të thellë legjitimiteti.

Vetëm Kuvendi i Jashtëzakonshëm, me pjesëmarrjen e të gjitha degëve legjitime, mund ta nxjerrë Federatën nga kjo situatë e paprecedentë.
